WAPCEPC: Lots of information about the Person Centred Approach which is the approach I have trained in.
Relate. Information about relationships, couple counselling, sex therapy, courses for parents etc.
The Samaritans. They can be contacted by phone or email 24/7 and some branches also offer face to face work.
